Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room was really small for the price paid, with champagne glasses to seem fancy when we arrived. There was too much external noise in the room. The service was somewhat lacking with imprecise information, old Jacuzzi, poor breakfast, and unsecured safety deposit box. The location had unrivaled views of Copacabana and Sugarloaf mountain, close to famous Copacabana beach. The dining experience varied in quality. The facilities were decent overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The room I got, with a partial sea view, ended up costing me $375 AUD per night, including breakfast at check-in, which they declined to provide later at the coffee shop. Despite feeling a bit dirty, the room was still great for a couple.
The hotel had very clean rooms but was not serviced on one of the days during our stay. The shower and sink did not drain well, and the floors had ripped carpet. The service was excellent, with lovely staff going above and beyond to assist, although they were a bit rude if you didn't speak Portuguese. The location was right in front of the hotel but in need of a good clean and maintenance. The dining options were sufficiently varied, and the facilities, like the rooftop pool, bar, and restaurant area, were nice too.
The hotel had a mixed experience with its rooms offering a small view of the ocean but marred by cleanliness issues. The breakfast room was cramped, and service varied from exceptionally kind to below expectations. However, the wonderful location with beautiful views was a definite highlight.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were nice with a partial sea view but seemed a bit worn, the service was a bit slow and I encountered some rude staff. The location was convenient for business travelers but was too loud due to nearby restaurant and kiosk music.
The hotel offers a glimpse of the beach from the balcony and the rooms are like apartments, spacious and comfortable. However, some rooms show signs of being outdated with dirty walls and ripped floors. The staff can enter without knocking.
The hotel offers spacious double rooms that feel more like apartments with separate living and bedroom areas. It lacks a safe as advertised but suffers from external noise issues. However, the hotel staff is lovely and accommodating.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was superb, right in front of Copacabana beach, but the room left much to be desired with dated furniture and a few cleanliness issues. The service was a mixed bag with some friendly staff but lapses in attention to detail. The dining experience was average, and the facilities were decent overall.
The hotel is in a great location with a fabulous view of Copacabana beach. The rooms were a bit tired and could use an update, but the service from the friendly staff was top-notch. The dining experience was very nice with a large variety of food. However, the hotel seemed to struggle with accommodating the diverse needs of guests. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I couldn't have asked for a better location with the excellent panorama of the ocean and Copacabana beach right outside the hotel. The room, though compact, had everything we needed, and the inclusive breakfast was a delightful start to our day. However, there was a day when the room wasn't serviced which was a bit inconvenient.
